• How To Return & Exchange:
  1. Fill our our return form or email Dripstep. 
  2. Wait for Dripstep's official acceptence for the return.
  3. After your request is accepted check your email for your 'RMAN' (Return Merchandise Authorization Number).
  4. Please write this ’rman’ on the package under your adress, e.g.: "(RMAN: #0001)".
  5. Mail product(s) back to Dripstep by certefied, insured mail that is uses tracking numbers too, then inform Dripstep in email about this tracking number.
  6. Wait until Dripstep confirms your package is arrived and if it is really acceptable for your return request.
  7. Dripstep will complete your request.
   
• How to cancel order:
  1. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of paying your product(s) by emailing Dripstep or filling out our „Cancel Oder” form.

Shipping Process:

1.Choose product, provide all required data for your purchase(s) & pay.
2 You will get notification e-mails after placing & paying orders. Please check your mails frequently until you recieve your package. We are going to keep in touch with you as long as the shipping process takes.
3. We create your products in our private factory.
4. We ship your order to the adress you left for us.
5. The delivery company may will try to contact you to complete shipment, if you can't be rached, they will leave you a notification in your post about where/how/when you can pick up your package.
6. You will recieve a safely & carefully packed, solid, gift wrapped package.

• Products are usually delivered in 4-7 work days after the creating process and the quality control process is finished. Please remember all products are made to order, they are all 100% handmade and unrepeatable. Please also remember before we ship anything, the goods have to pass our extracting quality control on the highest standrads, plus they are also quality controled and officially marked by the local, national precious metal authority. Due to this please allow 7-14 days to create your purchase and please also allow another 3-7 days for the quality control.
