1. Fill our our return form or email Dripstep.
2. Wait for Dripstep's official acceptence for the return.
3. After your request is accepted check your email for your 'RMAN' (Return Merchandise Authorization Number).
4. Please write this ’rman’ on the package under your adress, e.g.: "(RMAN: #0001)".
5. Mail product(s) back to Dripstep by certefied, insured mail that is uses tracking numbers too, then inform Dripstep in email about this tracking number.
6. Wait until Dripstep confirms your package is arrived and if it is really acceptable for your return request.
7. Dripstep will complete your request.
